Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності, умов формування та особливостей розвитку локальних інноваційних систем в економіці постсоціалістичних країн Європи. Розкрито тенденції формування регіонального інноваційного потенціалу, що дозволило ідентифікувати рівні національної та локальної інноваційної спроможності регіонів Європи. Обґрунтовано умови і чинники розвитку інноваційних кластерів в економіці досліджуваних країн, на основі чого визначено профіль їх міжнародної спеціалізації.Посилання
