The article analyzes the main indicators of the Russian industrial production, as well as a comparison of the relative level of performance in Russia with its level in other countries. The authors conclude that the problem of forming a new organizational structure, adequate nature of changes in the external environment still remains relevant. Businesses need to initiate the process to make changes in order to meet the market demand, to increase shareholder value, maintain stability and support balanced economic growth and continuous development. The concept of organizational change management ( change management ), affects all planned, organized and controlled by the change in strategy, processes, structure and culture enterprises. Along with other types of management activities included in the change management system management organization. A method for overcoming resistance to change in the enterprise. The main aim of changes and innovations should be to achieve higher performance of businesses, development of advanced tools and methods of work, with the exception of routine operations, the implementation of progressive -tion changes in the management system. The process of organizational change, in fact, is permanent and serves as one of the most important objects of management.References
