Analysis of current methods to improving the competitiveness of Ukrainian companies by applying IFRS

The article describes the current ways of attracting capital to Ukrainian companies and modern trends that could be used in a volatile political and economic situation in Ukraine. Article estimates experience of growing capital Ukrainian companies. Exactly the role of Ukrainian financial statements which prepared according to IFRS to help nationally companies in finding and selecting the source of funding. The article stipulates that the most efficient and cost-effective way to raise funds for Ukrainian companies is the placement it to Eurobonds, as alternative for agricultural sector is IPO.References
