The dynamics and nature of international debt in current IER.

Abstract

is increasingly dependent on external sources to cover the budget deficit, domestic investment, economic and social reforms, the implementation of debt. Of particular note is the issue arises in crisis and prostkryzoho state, not only for Ukraine. But also for developed countries. Therefore, it is necessary to the formation of effective mechanisms of international debt in order to avoid turbulent and unpredictable consequences for the global financial markets . The article deals with the dynamics and nature of international debt in the modern system of international economic relations. In the historical genesis reveals the main causes and consequences of the onset of the global crisis of international debt, which in turn produced the emergence of an inclusive global financial crisis situation. The article describes the main types and restructuring schemes outside commitments, and also describes the problem, faced by developing countries with repayment and management of external debt.
