Abstract

An important feature of the innovation cluster is its innovative orientation. The most successful clusters can be created in "breakthrough" technology and production, followed by the release of the new market niche with a new product, the service. In this regard, many countries are more actively using the cluster approach in the formation and regulation of the national innovation programs. It is noted that the formation of economic clusters is an important and objective due process, which helps improve the organizational and production structure of the economy and improving the dynamics of its development. This is a prerequisite for the formation of national competitive advantage by optimizing the use of the economic potential of the community. Businesses that are clustered, it is beneficial joint activities aimed at increasing production of existing and development of new products that are in demand.
