Abstract

The article considers the trends of the global labor market development in the context of globalization. The labor market transformation is analyzed in the current global economic conditions. The globalization processes influence on the countries’ labor markets transformation is determined. These processes encourage countries to intensify their efforts in the direction of policy coordination in the social labor sphere, determine the state regulation’s intensification of the labor use. Found that of the transformation processes in the global labor market is particularly notable significant change in the structure of employment in favor of the share of highly educated workers. The conceptual scheme of labor markets regulation in the context of structural global economy transformation is proposed. Substantiated that economic globalization is a consequence of the deepening of the international division of labor, which causes differentiation of economic activity, the expansion of various forms of cooperation and exchange of results between the countries, serves the objective condition for the development of the world market and the effective development of production in each country.
