The article analyzes the current trends of economic development in the Middle East and North Africa. The estimation of the global nature of the crisis impact on the world energy market. Concluded that the structure of the global energy consumption continues to lead oil, natural gas and coal. This means that a significant impact on the balance of power in the global energy arena events will be directly or indirectly related to the production, transportation or consumption of hydrocarbon resources - mainly oil, gas and coal. As the analysis, the economic performance of MENA over the past 8 years in terms of infrastructure improvements are accompanied by inflationary pressures, especially in oil-exporting countries, particularly in Iran, Libya , Qatar , UAE and Yemen.References
