Transnationalization Processes Development in the Context of the Economic Security Requirements: Organizational and Methodological Aspect

The importance of incorporating directions of the national economy into the processes of transnationalization are emphasized ; basic competitive strategies of TNK are characterized; risk classification of economic activities was given; block diagram of the scientific and methodical approach of of TNCs activities directions on the basis of risk optimization was proposed; content of the economic security concept was concretized; the key tasks of economic security of national economy was identified; the threats to the economic security of the country was identified; the criteria of economic security was considered; targets strategy of economic security in conditions of activisation of transnationalization was defined; stages of TNCs economic security was defined.References
