The article analyzes the current trends of global innovation centers of industrial growth. The estimation of the global nature of today's innovation - based study «Global Innovation Index - 2013» (GII). Is a ranking of the most innovative companies in the world in 2011, according to the magazine Forbes. We prove that in general innovative leading companies from developed countries is much slower globalize their R & D compared to the production and marketing operations. The factors organize innovative R & D centers in the manufacturing industry. Concluded that the impact of the global financial and sovereign debt crises in the innovation policy is significantly different in different countries, while innovation is what ensure the competitiveness of modern national economies, resulting in the need to intensify the innovative development of any economic system.References
