South-Eastern Asia new industrial countries involving to international division of labor

Abstract

First wave of new industrial countries participation in international division of labor in terms of Singapore is considered in the article, the explicative factors are determined, quantitative indicators of involvement of country in international division of labor are analyzed, predictive model of level of export specialization is developed. The factors that promote Singapore to actively participate in international division of labor, namely the capacity of the domestic market of the country, the level of economic development and socio-economic potential, the share in GDP of basic industries, focused on export production. Singapore's manufacturing specialization is closely dependent on the level of scientific and technical potential, which in turn affect public expenditure on education, the corporate sector expenditure on R & D, FDI etc. Further development of Singapore is the efficient management strategies increase their competitive advantage and strengthening positions in foreign markets.
